More about our mission.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to support our SEO product, one of the most cost effective acquisition channels at Wise. Currency converter or Cost of living are some examples of the type of product that we proudly built. You should be passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders as this role can have a critical impact on the mission. You will work with a product team to build scalable SEO product programs and partner up with marketing teams to drive strategy and growth by providing data driven insights and recommendations.
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work with a rich dataset and uncover insights as well as build tools to help people around the world be aware of Wise.
Your mission:
At Wise our mission is ‘Building the best way to move and manage the world's money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.' Whether our customers are sending money to another country, spending money abroad, or making and receiving international business payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
In SEO Product, growth comes from acquiring new organic traffic, improving landing page conversion, and scaling what works across markets and programmes. You’ll partner closely with Product, SEO specialists, UX, and Engineering to identify the highest-impact opportunities, solve the biggest problems, and turn insights into measurable growth.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing:
Own the SEO product analytical domains including all of the keyword tracking; systematically make recommendations to increase traffic and optimise landing page conversion
Contribute to, own, create and track OKRs for your team, keeping them accountable throughout the quarter
Own measurement, attribution & incrementality in SEO product: partner with your team to define how we quantify organic impact and control for incremental effects—including in a ‘zero‑click’ / LLM-driven world where clicks alone understate value; align on success metrics and controls, and report performance clearly to marketing stakeholders
Optimise performance per country/program by running A/B tests and SEO split-tests and deep analysis into segments (RFM), lifetime values (LTVs), return on investment etc.
Improve how your channel forecasts performance and inputs recommendations to the investment framework
Own data pipelines by identifying what data and modeling needs to be collected, automated and maintained, ensuring data quality and readiness
About you:
You have a background working in either product or marketing analytics; experience with attribution and incrementality/uplift measurement is a plus
You have advanced SQL skills; Python/R skills are advantageous; familiar with data pipelines (we use dbt)
You’ve successfully set up and run A/B tests before and have a strong understanding of testing and experimental design
Able to demonstrate that you can tell a story and proactively give guidance on strategy based on insights
You are familiar with common marketing concepts (how different channels work, Payback, CAC, LTV, Contribution Margin, etc.)
You have experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and demonstrate storytelling ability with data
SEO experience is preferred but not required
