Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the MEA team in the Regional Expansion Tribe.
Our Regional squads push our global product functionality into new markets and ensure we have a localised product offering in existing markets all while maintaining a very high bar for compliance.
As a Senior Product Analyst, your mission is to understand the needs of our customers sending money to the MEA region and partner with your cross-functional team to solve the most critical customer problems.
This can vary, from impact sizing and prioritising different product features, to designing strategies to activate and retain customers, to identifying bottlenecks and potential improvements in our payout process, or understanding how we can reduce the price sending money to MEA markets.
This is an IC2 role. For more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, click here.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Identifying and Prioritising Opportunities: Leverage data-driven insights to identify and prioritise opportunities for product improvements and new feature development across our Middle East & Africa markets. Your work will enhance the customer experience and drive growth by tailoring our offerings to meet local market needs.
Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Product Managers, Product Compliance Officers, Bankers, and other cross-functional partners to influence and drive the product roadmap.
Set and Utilise KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they are integral to the team's workflow, including planning, opportunity sizing, and retrospectives. Your focus on KPIs will help prioritise the team's efforts and measure success effectively.
Data Domain Ownership: Become the primary point of contact for all data-related enquiries, taking full ownership of the data domain. Your expertise will guide decision-making and strategy across the team.
- Leverage Advanced Technologies: Apply cutting-edge technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), to create significant value for our customers and improve automation levels.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Technical Skills: 2+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. You’re proficient in SQL (with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries) and have knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R) to automate routine tasks.
Problem Solving: You know how to define simple problems clearly, ensuring a proper understanding of the scope and applying the 80-20 principle to deliver usable results quickly.
Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment: Identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen, triage requests by impact and focus on the main priorities.
Influence: You partner with stakeholders by sharing insights and findings - you are collaborative, you know how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximise impact. You have a bias to action - you identify what needs to be done and make it happen.
- Salary Range: £60,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience and interview performance)
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Built by and for people who live global lives, we make sending money abroad up to 8 times cheaper than the bank. This is money without borders - instant, convenient, transparent and eventually free.
For our customers, using Wise is as simple as sending money from A to B, but behind our app and website is a complex engine of currencies and routes, that’s being designed, built and powered by our talented teams in cities around the world.
We’re just at the beginning of our story and we’re growing at an incredible pace. We won’t stop until anyone, anywhere can send, spend and receive money wherever they are, whatever they’re doing. There’s still heaps to do and we can’t do it alone.
Why Work With Us
We are a mission-driven company, looking to change banking for the better. Current banking systems don’t let us send, spend or receive money across borders easily. Or quickly. Or cheaply. So, we’re building a new one. If you're looking for an autonomous work environment, where you'll face cool challenges, learn and grow, you'll like working at Wise
