Job DescriptionTHE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join Grow's Customer Reporting team in Tallinn.
Customer Reporting owns how we inform customers about holdings, performance, fees, statements, regulatory reports, and tax obligations across Grow products. The team's mission is to help customers understand how their money is performing with Wise, meet tax obligations easily and in line with domestic market norms, and support Wise in maintaining regulatory reporting obligations across markets.
This is an embedded product analytics role. You will partner with product, engineering, tax/regulatory, risk, compliance, and operations to turn a complex reporting domain into clear customer outcomes, measurable product work, and reliable data foundations.
What You Will Work On
• Define the measurement framework for customer reporting across statements, tax reporting, holdings, performance, fees, and regulatory reports.
• Help bring global tax reporting in-house by supporting prioritization, data requirements, quality checks, and customer-impact measurement.
• Support withholding tax readiness and local tax authority integration work where market needs require it.
• Standardize how the team measures statement quality, reporting completeness, customer friction, operational reliability, and defects.
• Build or specify dashboards, data models, and monitoring that help the team spot reporting gaps before they affect customers.
• Partner with engineering on governed reporting data flows, ownership, SLAs, and controls.
• Translate ambiguous product, regulatory, and customer problems into practical analysis, decision options, and next steps.
What Success Looks Like
• The team has clear metrics for whether Customer Reporting is helping customers understand their money and meet obligations.
• Product and engineering can prioritize reporting work using data on customer impact, operational risk, regulatory need, and effort.
• Reporting data flows are observable, trusted, and actionable for the team.
• Stakeholders understand tradeoffs because analysis is clear, caveated, and connected to the decision.
A Bit About You
• You have strong SQL skills and can reason clearly about data grain, joins, windows, aggregation, and data modeling.
• You can turn ambiguous product questions into structured analysis and practical recommendations.
• You have good product intuition and care about customer outcomes, not only metrics and dashboards.
• You communicate clearly with product, engineering, risk, compliance, tax/regulatory, and operations partners.
• You notice data quality, completeness, and reliability issues, and you know when they matter for a customer-facing product.
• You are curious about regulated fintech domains such as statements, tax reporting, holdings, performance, fees, and customer trust.
Nice To Have
Experience in fintech, payments, investments, savings, regulated products, tax reporting, customer-facing reporting, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Python, or monitoring and controls for customer-facing data products.
