Job DescriptionSalary Range: 8,400 - 10,000 SGD monthly + RSUs
Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of APAC customers and help your team to focus on solving their most critical problems.
The focus of this team is to ensure that money moves in and out of Wise in the most seamless, cost-effective, convenient, and fast way for customers. The goal for you, in this role will be to focus on and affect the parts of our product that will help us scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money transfers.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing:
You’ll derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, which includes funnel analysis to optimize conversions across the customer journey from onboarding, retention to reactivation
You’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs for the region and monitor the impact of new product features on conversion, stickiness and engagement
You’ll help to understand our customers to uncover unmet needs to support on strategic product discovery research for new product opportunities
You’ll help building conviction on high-value areas and challenging them if there are faster or more effective ways to grow the market
You’ll contribute to a collaborative team environment, where ideas are shared and openness is valued

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL: Ability to write advanced, efficient queries (using window functions, CTEs, and complex joins) to clean, analyze, and extract insights from large, messy product datasets.
- Excellent stakeholder management: Proven track record of partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate business questions into data requirements, manage competing priorities, and turn raw numbers into clear, actionable stories.
- Deep product thinking skills: Strong intuition for user behavior with experience defining key product metrics (KPIs), designing and analyzing A/B tests, and mapping user journeys to find and fix friction points.

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
