Summary:

In this role, you will independently drive utilization and adoption of Sg2 products and solutions while enhancing internal effectiveness through process optimization and team expertise. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, leveraging deep product and business knowledge to strengthen engagement, improve data quality, and align insights with client priorities to deliver measurable impact across the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing business relationships.
  • Drive client engagement by delivering training sessions and executive-level presentations that enable clients to maximize the value and strategic application of Sg2 tools.
  • Customize tools, reports, and data outputs to support effective product utilization and conduct product demonstrations as needed.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively identify and address product or client-related issues.
  • Advise clients to improve the breadth, depth, and quality of reported data to increase product adoption.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and guide clients on trends aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with data teams and apply independent judgment to resolve product-specific requirements.
  • Evaluate internal processes and recommend enhancements to increase client value and operational effectiveness.
  • Refine client communications and educational content in partnership with marketing and Product Strategy teams.
  • Coach team members and support account retention and growth initiatives in collaboration with sales and service teams.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Population health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product advisory, client engagement, or healthcare strategy consulting highly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with data, sales, marketing, and training teams preferred.
  • Proficiency in healthcare state data analysis, claims data, and reporting tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15%.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
