Summary Generated by Built In
As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior procurement practitioner to help shape the future of procurement-driven contract lifecycle management, ecosystem integrations, and AI-powered procurement workflows. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of the customer, the product, and the market.

As a Procurement SME, you will be the authentic voice of the procurement practitioner inside Agiloft—bringing real source-to-pay (S2P) operational credibility to our product strategy, sales motions, customer implementations, and ecosystem partnerships. You will help Agiloft speak the language of procurement leaders, define the use cases that matter most to them, and translate procurement operational realities into platform capabilities that drive measurable value.

Why This Role Matters

  • Credibility with buyers. Provide authentic procurement practitioner representation that improves Agiloft’s credibility with procurement buyers, ecosystem partners, and at industry conferences.
  • Sharper product direction. Define and articulate procurement-focused use cases that guide product strategy and connect procurement operational realities to platform capabilities.
  • Consumption-led growth. Help customers operationalize procurement workflows and improve adoption of procurement-related capabilities, supporting a consumption-led growth strategy.
  • Stronger ecosystem strategy. Deepen Agiloft’s understanding of source-to-pay technology stacks, integrations, and emerging procurement trends to strengthen partner alignment.

Job Responsibilities

This role carries a mandate across four areas of the business:

    Product

  • Define high-value, procurement-centric use cases and workflows that anchor the product roadmap.
  • Advise and partner with product management to guide procurement-related product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Go-to-Market — New Logo (Increase Win-Rate)

  • Support new-logo acquisition and procurement-focused sales motions.
  • Lend practitioner credibility to strategic prospect conversations, helping teams win larger enterprise procurement opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market — Consumption (Drive Usage)

  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) efforts to directly implement procurement workflows with customers.
  • Work with Professional Services to train and guide best practices for procurement customer implementations.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to build procurement knowledge and create scalable, reusable assets that deepen adoption and expansion.
  • Go-to-Market — Marketing (Pipeline Generation)

  • Strengthen Agiloft’s procurement thought leadership and conference presence.
  • Represent Agiloft as a credible procurement voice at industry events and in market-facing content.
  • Go-to-Market — Alliances (Ecosystem Strategy)

  • Partner with Alliances to develop ecosystem strategy and generate hypotheses on technology-partner integrated workflows.
  • Improve ecosystem integration and partner alignment across the source-to-pay landscape.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day activities
