Senior Procurement Specialist
Job Description
[Essential / Primary Duties ]
Strategic Sourcing
- Deeply understand market to identify new suppliers and drive cost-saving opportunities.
- Managing E2E RFP process, negotiate and finalize contracts with selected suppliers.
Project Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timeline are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues timely.
Project Management
- Ensure all procurement activities are compliance and drive an effective & efficient working process to improve efficiency.
- Support innovation and speed to market and drive supply chain digital transformation.
[Knowledge, Experience and Education]
- Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Above 3 years procurement working experience, MKT or OEM industry working experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Taiwan and Hongkong market and proven experience in managing complex project and supplier relationships.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
