Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement global commercial strategy for assigned Business Services categories considering business requirements, budgets and competitive supply base landscape
• Perform strategic sourcing activities including, but not limited to, RFx events, contract negotiations, supplier segmentation, scorecards, and strategic business reviews
• Provide subject matter expertise on category services, and complex sourcing, legal and contractual issues
• Exert influence to achieve assigned category goals including optimized cash flow and maximized cost reductions
• Develop relationships across organization and at all levels
• Responsible for category spend, savings forecasting and reporting
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies, reduce spend and/or identify cost reduction

Preferred Qualified Skills:

• Experience managing complex strategic projects
• Experience with sourcing (strategy, RFx, negotiations, contracting) or equivalent
• Ability to synthesize complex information, draw conclusions and develop plans
• Focus on relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, work teams
• Ability to drive results and achieve goals
• Communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with all levels of the organization
• Experience working in a large, complex, global business

Salary Range: $65,000 - $110,000

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Procurement or Business or related)
• 3+ years of experience
