Job DescriptionThe Senior Procurement Specialist will support procurement activities, supplier management and contract management initiatives, with a focus on achieving cost savings, reducing procurement risk and supporting business stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Plan and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and supplier agreements.
- Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers.
- Prepare cost estimates and procurement analyses.
- Manage procurement-related contracts.
- Deliver measurable savings opportunities.
- Support risk mitigation in procurement and contracting activities.
- Provide procurement support to business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of procurement experience.
- Experience in procurement activities, preferably within IT services.
- Professional English proficiency (minimum C1).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using SAP Procurement/Purchasing modules.
- Leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, analytical, teamwork, diplomacy and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Results-oriented approach.
Additional Valued Experience
- Spanish language skills.
