Job Description
Takeda Pharmaceuticals America Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Experience Agent in Exton, PA with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 3 years of related experience. Required skills: Design and implement automation bots to improve processes that are used at a global scale for sourcing purposes; extract, analyze, and provide key direct material codes in spreadsheets that lead to a successful implementation of SAP outline agreements which saves hours of work and approvals in Global Manufacturing Sites (GMS); implement process improvements and deliverables that engage key business users and units that result in cost avoidances and savings; create Ariba training material for Sourcing Team, vendors and internal users that enables the process to run smoother for each stakeholder. Up to 5% travel required. Up to 80% remote work allowed.
