Job Description Summary
The Manager Procurement Compliance is responsible for execution of risk management programs, such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), SFCF framework and internal audits. Interacts with the process owners, Global/Regional Procurement associates, Procurement Leadership team, country CFOs, business users and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. FRA Operations, internal audit) to ensure risk identification, risk assessment and adequate and timely remediation. Execution of internal controls or coordination of the execution based on the assigned SCF / SFCF controls. Provides visibility on compliance status (e.g. KPI reports). Drives standardization and improvement in areas of compliance and supports Operations team (process & technology). Supports governance activities (e.g. Global Procurement Guideline training delivery, creation of training content, work instructions etc.). May manage teams (functional or project based).

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- SFCF controls are executed on time, properly documented, and ERM/BCM risks are captured with action plans created and implemented.
- Action plans for internal audit observations are created and executed, while assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance results are documented, KPIs published on time, and key stakeholders are kept informed.
- Trainings are delivered on schedule with positive feedback, and team members are informed, managed, evaluated, and developed.
- Promotes awareness of compliance, governance, and supports continuous improvement in risk management programs.
- Collaborates with business partners to track, confirm, and report resolutions of non-compliance issues while conducting root cause analysis.
- Defines action plans with responsibilities and timelines for failed controls, and ensures follow-up to close remediation actions within timelines.
- Performs walkthroughs to confirm proper implementation and effectiveness of remediation actions.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- English (excellence in speaking and writing), additional languages desirable.
- Experience of working in a global environment in a similar position.
- Experience with Procurement Operations and Procurement function in general.
- Project management skills
- Experience in supporting the compliance related processes. (internal controls / audits).
- Experience in data analysis.
- Auditing and/or business process re-engineering experience, with strong internal control focus would be an advantage.
