About the Opportunity
JOB SUMMARY
Provides supplier onboarding, maintenance, and relationship management support, leveraging data analysis and process automation to strengthen the organization's vendor ecosystem. This role serves as a primary point of contact for suppliers, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experiences, sustained supplier performance, and compliant procurement operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–4 years of relevant experience required
- Experience administering projects, programs, and/or processes is preferred
- Experience with Jaggaer or Workday Finance is preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, including documentation collection, system setup, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely activation of new vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records, certifications, and compliance documentation within procurement systems.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned supplier portfolio, fostering strong partnerships and resolving issues proactively.
- Conduct supplier performance analyses to evaluate vendor health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the supplier lifecycle.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of automation initiatives that streamline supplier onboarding, maintenance, and communication workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate supplier needs and align vendor capabilities with organizational goals.
- Support contract renewals, amendments, and risk management activities to ensure continuity of supply.

$67,855.00 - $95,845.00With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
