About the Role:

As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping our procurement strategies and ensuring operational excellence. From sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to driving continuous improvement initiatives, you’ll help us deliver cost-effective solutions while aligning with global objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, onboarding, and approval of new suppliers (national and international).
  • Manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of suppliers, including logistics providers (truck, ocean, and air freight).
  • Conduct price and terms negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
  • Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed.
  • Develop and execute supply strategies aligned with global procurement objectives.
  • Support the implementation of global processes, ensuring local compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee purchasing needs, service provider engagements, and contract renegotiations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance and satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and supplier management activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree completed.
  • Proven experience in global sourcing and supply chain functions.
  • Strong background in import/export operations, including customs, documentation, and compliance.
  • Experience in supplier relationship and performance management, including negotiation and contracting.
  • RFx management (Preparation / Launch / Analysis / Reporting).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • English proficiency (reading and writing); additional languages are a plus.
