The Indirect Procurement Senior Analyst position will support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for categories across the EMEA Indirect Procurement department. Reporting to the Manager of Procurement, this role is critical in building strategies based on data, executing simple to moderate complexity sourcing projects, management of the global contract database, and support ad hoc initiatives across various categories/business units.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage medium spend categories within the indirect procurement categories including but not limited to Marketing, HR, Facilities, IT, Finance, Legal, Travel, etc.
- Execute moderate complexity sourcing initiatives, from start to finish, including but not limited to:
- Analyzing sourcing requirements
- Researching and identifying vendors that meet the need
- Preparing and publishing RFx’s
- Analyzing and summarizing bid proposals/supplier reviews
- Support ad hoc initiatives including but not limited to:
- Managing contract renewals and amendments
- Conduct market analysis, cost modeling, and financial risk assessments
- Coordination and process management of sourcing initiatives
- Contract administration
- Vendor management functions
- Conduct analysis to support procurement activities including spend analytics, procurement KPIs, etc. Provide recommendations for process improvements and performance tracking metrics
- Manage indirect contracts within the Coupa Contract Lifetime Management module.
- Track and manage Indirect Sourcing Savings reporting across all categories and regions.
- Drive a consistent approach towards sourcing process, contract management, process and system improvement, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Understands and measures supplier performance for key suppliers and contracts.
- Overall support to category managers (including Supplier Relationship Management).
- Manage requisitions and purchase orders for assigned projects and/or suppliers
- Interface with new and existing Suppliers
- Perform contract tracking and administration
- Follow global procurement policies and processes
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- 3-5 years of procurement, analyst, or related experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with Coupa S2P system a plus.
- Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take objectives/strategies and be solution oriented to drive execution.
- Strong problem solver and able to create solutions to challenges in an expedient manner.
- Must be organized, able to exercise good judgement, and holds self-accountable.
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and coordinate a variety of tasks despite interruptions.
- Effective oral and written communications.
- Collaborative team player willing to make decisions best for the team over individual priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (expert level in Excel and PowerPoint required).
