The Senior Procurement Analyst will be responsible for handling the procurement process of our organization, from sourcing vendors and suppliers to ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. The role will also handle various administrative tasks related to procurement, such as generating purchase orders, tracking renewals, and recurring purchases, coordinating with legal on new agreements/contracts, and administering expense reporting and travel platforms. The role with have a key role in managing vendor relationships and leading negotiations.
What you Will Do
- Develop RFP process and implement
- Develop sourcing strategies and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Partner with internal IT teams on regular entitlement reviews and value analysis of IT systems
- Work closely with management on annual budget
- Work closely with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to facilitate Procurement efforts
- Ensure Procurement policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and service
- Lead negotiation of contracts and agreements with selected suppliers and vendors to obtain the best terms and conditions for our organization
- Generate purchase orders and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders
- Track and monitor the status of orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments
- Coordinate with Legal and Information Security teams on reviewing and drafting new agreements/contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Administer and maintain the expense-reporting platform and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Administer and maintain the travel platform and assist employees with booking travel arrangements
- Coordinate with Facilities and Service Desk on shipping and receiving of goods and equipment as needed
- Provide reporting and analysis of Procurement data as requested by management
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by management

What You Will Do
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or related field or relevant experience
- 2+ years experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations
- 3+ years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other procurement software and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- The base salary range for this position is $100K to $110K/year. Offered salary will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
