Senior Procurement 1 (Sourcing Generalist)
This position is responsible for growing and managing our Soybean Meal Risk program. The role, as part of a team, manages soybean meal risk for with approximately 90 feed mills. The individual will play a critical role in guiding and executing soybean meal risk strategy to both internal and external players. The position is responsible for building new customers and maintaining existing relationships The position works cross functionally within the NutraBlend risk management business division working closely with both the Direct Ship team and the Central Plants team. Strong knowledge of soybean meal markets – both futures and flat price, S&D, negotiation skills and the ability to think and react quickly are necessary for success in this position. Exceptional oral and written skills along with strong organizational skills are required.
Required Experience

3+ years of experience trading agriculture products with direct responsibility for performance

Ability to build strong relationships and earn the confidence of our stakeholders

Experience with merchandising of agricultural products

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team

This position is remote and can be worked from anywhere in the U.S.

Hours: 1st shift; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: $91,120 - $136,680
