Partner with cross functional team to identify and drive improvements in manufacturability, yield, performance, quality and reliability for our power products.

Lead or assist in setting up equipment, production lines and processes & implement process changes and equipment modifications

Participate in reviews to ensure design for manufacturability best practices are followed. Ramp new products released from R&D while monitoring performance and driving improvements.

Create and update detailed documentation for processes and procedures.

Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.

Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.

Work directly with contract manufacturing engineering and manufacturing personnel and equipment suppliers.

Prevent quality excursions, monitor process performance, and compile and analyze data to detect any process or product anomalies

Identify and implement items for improvement including upgrades to equipment and process
Job Requirement
-
8 years or more of experience in a manufacturing field with Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Process, or Industrial Engineering or Applied Science.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaborative and project management skills with demonstrated ability to identify manufacturing improvements, manage changes and implement solutions.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency.

Working knowledge and experience with engineering tools such as FMEA, SPC, Pareto Analysis, Design of Experiments and structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, DMAIC).

Experience delivering results to meet required deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skill

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and sorting (die picking)

Expertise with continuous improvement tools / techniques (5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) and JMP for data review/analytical studies.

Expertise with project management and Semiconductor manufacturing (Testing, Dicing, Inspection, Sorting)
