The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,500-$147,400 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Complete the IBP process, ensuring flawless integration between sales, demand, supply, finance, execution, and strategic planning.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to align strategic business objectives with execution capabilities, enabling highly agile, fact-based, data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze data to find patterns and variables which can be used to identify risks and run strategic business scenarios that optimize resources and achieve execution benchmarks.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, identify and lead innovative planning initiatives, optimize the process, improve process tools, standardize protocols, and discover new data insights which all increase value to our customers.
  • Find opportunities where we can use both AI strategic capabilities to support and improve process accuracy, efficiency, and optimization; and AI tactical functionality within systems and tools to perform specific tasks.
  • Drive integration of execution and financial planning to align execution actions with financial goals, resulting in optimized plans to support both operational and financial objectives.
  • Lead decision-making process to bridge strategy with execution by aligning data from strategy, sales, demand, supply, and financials through a focused and exception-driven monthly re-planning process.
  • Build trust with the functional and executive leadership team by providing the information and subject matter expert insights to enable better-informed decisions that deliver on the business promises and goals.
  • Provide critical insights to sales that supports their ability to win new business and improve overall sales performance.
  • Develop and understanding of the practices, methodologies, and requirements and serve as advisor to all group members.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (engineering, finance, business, supply chain).
  • More than 5 years of experience related responsibilities and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
  • Strong technical skills with familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and Business Intelligence/Reporting environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and improve cross-functional business processes.
  • Microsoft Office skills with sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Experience with AI and BI tools - preferred
  • Agile technique knowledge/experience helpful but not required.
