First (Days)Overview:
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.
- Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to other PI Engineers, staff and teams.
- Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (Required)
