Overview:

Senior Process Improvement Engineer
Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements. 
  • Lead  process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.  Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement. 
  • Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes. 
  • Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to other PI Engineers, staff and teams. 
  • Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement. 
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management. 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Required) 

  • Master’s degree (Preferred) 

Certifications

  • No specific required certifications

 

Experience 

  • 5 years of process improvement or healthcare management (Required)
