Key Responsibilities
- Be customer-centric and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Who We Are Looking For
- Graduates with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end shipping cycle is an added advantage.
- Structured with a high attention to quality.
- Contributes ideas and suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
- Flexible to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
- Adaptable to change and able to make the best of any situation.
- Capable of cross-learning and supporting the team as needed.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with computers and MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good typing speed.
