We’re seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive process optimization, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and support new product development in a dynamic industrial environment. This role plays a key part in improving safety, quality, efficiency, and equipment utilization while ensuring processes are robust, scalable, and ready for manufacturing.
This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working across teams, and leading meaningful process improvements from concept through implementation.
What You’ll DoLead or support root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions in partnership with Quality
Identify and drive cycle time reduction and process improvement initiatives
Optimize manufacturing processes, equipment utilization, and EHS performance
Support new product development, including process scale-up, refinement, and release to Manufacturing
Develop and maintain process maps, FMEAs, and control plans
Collect and analyze data to support technical decisions and project objectives
Lead feasibility studies and evaluate new process, color, and print technologies
Support equipment design, modification, installation, and validation
Partner with Engineering, Technology, Sales, and Quality to ensure safe, cost-effective manufacturability
Prepare clear project summaries, test results, and status updates
B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Polymer, Industrial, or Mechanical)
2–5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional process or product development projects
Strong problem-solving skills using tools such as 8D, SPC, and root cause analysis
Working knowledge of ISO 9000 or similar quality systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Web handling, converting processes, plastics, or industrial controls experience is a plus.
Candidates must be eligible for required U.S. export authorizations (ITAR/EAR).
