Role Overview
The Senior Process Engineer role will monitor and improve the quality of Beehive’s operational processes and outputs. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class AM team in a company that offers stability and growth while working on challenging and innovative ideas.
What You'll Do...
- Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance of assigned processes and product lines
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Collaborating with operations managers, process technicians, and other engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements for identified problems
You have...
- Have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
- Have 5+ years of experience in process engineering, product engineering, development engineering, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Having an additive manufacturing background is a plus
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
