The Opportunity
You will be responsible for process improvement, change management, and, technology projects and roadmaps for the Upsell and Cross Selling Team supporting QVC Group. You will report to the Director Inbound Supply Chain & Product Central and will work hybrid to West Chester, PA. Monday - Thursday will be in office, with Fridays being remote.
Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments including Customer Service, Finance, and Technology, using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis, the emphasis is on process improvement and promoting a culture of innovation. Additionally, you will participate in leadership meetings, analyze metrics, and encouraging cross-departmental collaboration.

Your Impact
- You will provide assessments for process improvement opportunities related to customer service, productivity, cost, incremental sales and process simplification.
- Identify the most efficient methods that ensure our highest possible productivity.
- Develop labor standards for documented methods and procedures. You will share best practices between teams and ensure consistency across all sites.
- Recommend and assess technology to improve efficiency and safety.
- Help implement corporate projects. Create and own tech roadmap.
What You Bring
- A BS degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or related disciple is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years experience performing and analyzing Time Studies
- Maynard Operational Sequence Technique (MOST) Certified preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma training
- 5+ years experience in industrial engineering and successful demonstration of the responsibilities and skillset listed above.
