WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 6+ years of experience in process improvement, business process re-engineering, or operations consulting.
- Proven background applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries, with familiarity in process optimization for areas such as lending, account servicing, or compliance.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
- Lead discovery and process mapping sessions to understand current workflows and dependencies.
- Capture and analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and validate future-state process designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Establish performance baselines and define key metrics to monitor progress and sustain improvements.
- Partner with automation and technology teams to align process improvements with digital solutions.
- Create and deliver documentation, training, and communication materials to support adoption.
