About the Role
We are looking for a Sr Process Engineer, Logistics, to lead the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of last mile delivery processes. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, hands-on, and data-driven.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own logistics processes optimization such as package sorting and consolidation, loading, delivery, and returns
- Conduct complex operation studies and apply data in assessing current processes and identifying improvement opportunities for efficiency and scalability
- Set, align, and track achievable KPI targets with business owners, adjust strategy as needed
- Collaborate with operations and software product stakeholders to understand the needs, drive and influence software and process changes, ensuring on time and successful implementation
- Leverage scientific method to drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Audit, analyze, share findings with Operations team and drive process compliance and standardization across delivery stations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of process engineering experience in last mile logistics
- Previous experience in cold chain delivery processes
- Excellent organization, analytical, quantitative, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong project and change management skills
- Ability to build trust and influence operation leaders
- Ability to think big when solving difficult problems
- Working experience in last mile delivery and package sorting functions in the ecommerce delivery industry preferred.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,500 - $118,500
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
