Senior leadership role ( 12+ Years ) responsible for defining E2E enterprise-wide product lifecycle process; integrating regulatory, compliance, process engineering, process mining, and AI-driven intelligence. Accountable for process performance dashboards and continuous improvement of product lifecycle process spanning design, development, commercialization, service and operations.
Strategic Leadership- Define and drive enterprise E2E product lifecycle process aligned to business goals
- Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and process intelligence
- Collaborate with process engineers for designing and enabling process with healthcare regulatory, compliance and processes controls
- Active participation in QMS and MS strategy
- Lead large-scale process transformation using Lean, Six Sigma
- Drive adoption of process mining platforms & Process dashboards for enterprise visibility
- Enable AI-driven predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and compliance
- Process Mining: Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, SAP Signavio
- AI/Analytics: Azure AI/ML, Power BI, Databricks, Python
- Automation: UiPath, Power Automate, Appian, Pega
- Process Modeling: BPMN, Visio, ARIS
