What You Will Do:

• Ensure achievement of Service Level Benchmarks including Productivity, Quality, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Execute controls testing activities in accordance with established processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and client-specific standards of the assigned project.
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives to strengthen control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to projects within Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets domains.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3–6 years of controls testing experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in Banking /Mortgage/ Credit/ Financial Services operations (not mandatory).
• Completion of at least one performance appraisal cycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• High level of critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
• Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends based on business requirements.
• Flexibility to engage in multiple projects across diverse workstreams.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
• Experience in Banking /Mortgage/ Credit/ Financial Services operations (not mandatory).
