Job Summary
As a Business Process Transformation leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing business processes through process reengineering, digital/ automation solutions and innovation. Your focus will be on streamlining operations, improving workflows, and leveraging Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies along with Change management to identify and transformation process reengineering & technology to achieve strategic goals.
.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Transformation Initiatives:
- Develop and execute strategic transformation initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Champion & drive adoption of digital and automation solutions across the organization e.g. ITOM SNOW, Robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation etc
- Process Optimization:
- Establish Six Sigma or equivalent methodology driven structure and processes within organization to use data-driven approaches, methodologies, and tools to achieve near-perfection in operational processes with focus on continual improvement, waste reduction and high-quality outcomes.
- Document current operational processes & metric with potential & feasibility for optimization to build and drive a prioritization driven transformation plan.
- Identify areas for improvement within existing processes.
- Develop strategies to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity using combination of process re-engineering & digital/automation solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with executives, department heads, and teams to align transformation efforts with business objectives.
- Influence decision-makers by presenting logical solutions backed by data driven discovery and decision making on approaches & prioritization & plan to optimize identified processes and demonstrating the value of optimization.
- Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Manage partnership between Technology and Operations for optimization solution discovery, implementation, deployment and digital operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely solutions.
- Deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and technologies.
- Measure, benchmark and publish effectivity of deployed solutions and drive on continuous improvement.
- Establish and oversee process to work with operations and finance team to identify planned vs actual savings (post solution deployment) and realize/release/re-deploy the locked up operational budgets.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to process automation and transformation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in business or engineering
- Certifications: Certifications such as LEAN, Six Sigma, Project Management.
- Experience: Proven experience in business process transformation, automation, P&L management and change management.
- Technology: Understanding & experience with leveraging digital & automation solutions for process transformation with experience in SNOW ITOM a nice to have.
