We are seeking a skilled Senior Privacy & Compliance Officer to join our Information Security & Compliance team and play a key role in strengthening A2MAC1's Privacy, Security and Compliance framework.
Based in our Casablanca office, you will work closely with the Privacy & Compliance Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives across the organization. Acting as a trusted partner to business and technical teams, you will ensure operational excellence, support audit readiness, and help maintain compliance with international standards and customer requirements.
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to security awareness, and support the governance of innovative software, cloud and AI-driven solutions that power A2MAC1's global data platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Privacy & Compliance activities across assigned domains and ensure operational excellence
- Drive governance, risk and compliance initiatives from planning to execution
- Coordinate internal and external audits and monitor remediation plans
- Ensure audit readiness through high-quality documentation and evidence management
- Conduct risk assessments and support compliance reviews across business activities
- Coordinate responses to customer compliance questionnaires and security requests
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve security and compliance processes
- Drive security awareness initiatives and monitor key compliance indicators
- Produce governance reporting and escalate risks when appropriate
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
PROFILE & SKILLS
Must-Have
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Security, Privacy, Risk or Compliance
- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles
- Experience with ISO 27001 and data privacy regulations
- Experience coordinating audits, risk assessments and compliance activities
- Strong understanding of IT environments, cloud infrastructures and software development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment
- Professional level of English
Nice to Have
- Experience with TISAX, NIST or automotive cybersecurity standards
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Implementer certification
- Experience supporting software development or AI-driven environments
- Previous experience mentoring junior colleagues
- French or German language skills
