Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Privacy Compliance Analyst in a critical role to oversee, manage, govern and enhance Red Hat’s Go-To-Market data compliance efforts and strategy. This foundational role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy across GTM systems and processes, with an emphasis on improvements through AI/ML and agentic capabilities.
This is a critical, high-impact position that requires a unique blend of foundational regulatory, legal and privacy compliance knowledge, expertise in core GTM technology platforms, along with strong strategic business acumen to support compliant, context-aware GTM solutions. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams across many business functions and regions within Red Hat and IBM including Legal, Infosec, IT, Data & AI, Sales, Partner Ecosystem and Global Marketing.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
Serve as the expert to recommend and implement data compliance solutions and processes across Red Hat’s Marketing Technology and global GTM systems.
Translate complex global data privacy and compliance regulations into actionable, technical specifications for implementation across platforms and processes.
Modernize processes and improve efficiency by automating manual compliance processes and influencing the design and implementation of the compliance agentic solutions in partnership with Data & AI engineering teams
Consult on the compliance implications and requirements for the development and implementation of AI solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams, ensuring adherence to compliance guardrails.
Maintain the knowledge repository and enablement resources for data compliance, partnering with global legal and privacy teams.
Partner with the legal, privacy and compliance team to stay informed of the latest data privacy and security regulations across all geographies.
Partner with IBM and Red Hat enterprise legal and compliance stakeholders in addressing queries or escalations as required.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s in Business administration, or Information systems security or related field with relevant data privacy & compliance certifications
3-5 years of direct domain experience in data compliance, privacy, and security regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), with proven, hands-on experience in supporting AI/ML solution design and implementation.
Strategic & Holistic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive, scalable end-to-end processes and solutions.
Process Ownership: Proven ability to manage large, complex business processes and related technical solutions.
Architectural Leadership: Experience in guiding architectural decisions that champion robust, long-term strategies.
Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate and simplify complex technical and regulatory concepts for non-technical stakeholders (Legal, Marketing, Sales).
Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment across time zones.

The salary range for this position is $118,600.00 - $195,680.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
