With a fast-paced environment that presents unique and competing challenges, it’s with excitement that we begin our search for a talented, Privacy Senior Analyst who will help ensure that we remain in adherence to applicable global privacy regulations, legal standards, and in-house policies as they pertain to data privacy.

As a Privacy Senior Analyst, you will be a key player in helping Red Ventures maintain and enhance our enterprise privacy program. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with technology and applying evolving laws to innovative products and services;  paying attention to the details, when it matters, but never forgetting the bigger picture. You will work collaboratively on cutting-edge products and services that deliver outstanding value and are global in vision and scope. Additionally, you will help us to build and support scalable tools and processes to keep the personal data of the people who use our services safe. 

What You'll Do:                                                                                                             

  • Participate in the assessment and remediation of new products, services, features, and uses of personal data to ensure compliance with data privacy laws, regulations and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate evolving laws, rules, regulations, and guidance to help maintain program compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of accountability documentation (Data inventories, PIA/DPIA, etc.)
  • Identify and implement operational improvements and training tools to embed privacy and data protection in the way our business teams work.
  • Drive the evolution of privacy metrics and key risk indicators in support of management and key stakeholder reporting.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives related to privacy and impact how we train our employees to keep Privacy top of mind.

What We're Looking For:

  • BS/BA/JD in a relevant field a plus, or work experience and current privacy certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, PLS, CIPT or equivalent(s) are even better.
  • Knowledge of US Federal and State consumer and sectoral privacy & AI laws (such as CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, GLBA, VPPA, etc.) and regulations and global privacy laws such as the GDPR and EU AI Act.
  • Experience with using privacy program management software- OneTrust and BigID is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with AWS technology and experience in the digital marketing and lead generation space is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to the right details with the ability to assess complex privacy issues and develop effective solutions.
  • High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exude the appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
  • A growth mind-set and a can-do attitude viewing every project as an opportunity for development.
  • Ability to manage competing projects and quickly prioritize using your excellent organization skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills; success at cultivating strong relationships.
  • A passion for privacy and a sense of humor are 100% required!

Compensation:

  • Cash Compensation Range: $70,000-$125,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience
