About this role:

In this role, you will:
- Produce printed materials by configuring files, and manually or mechanically bind finished products.
- Perform pre-press tasks to include paper retrieval, paper cutting and quality control checks.
- Preform preventative maintenance on equipment and manage product inventory.
- Input time and material into expense management system.
- Operate industry specific, complex printing equipment to produce a variety of printed products such as brochures, stationery, forms, invitations, publications, pitchbooks, newsletters, and correspondent pieces.
- Perform offset printing operations to produce multicolor printed products.
- Provide guidance to customers on finished products.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- 2+ years of Print Technician support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Adobe Pro
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-orientated and results driven environment
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Expert attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to customers
- Experience supporting customers with a service mindset and responding to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Ability to act as subject matter expert when communicating with customers
- Ability to handle sensitive or high-priority customer interactions in adherence to confidentiality practices, with discretion, sound judgment, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach
- Works well in a team environment; demonstrates collaboration and partnership
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to operate independently, take initiative, and drive work forward with minimal supervision
- 2nd shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, M-F - onsite
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed, may include some weekends
