The Role:
Responsible for the coordination, adaptation and implementation of the production process from brief through to final production phases. Supporting Team Leader and Project Managers in efficient running of accounts and the department.
Key Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to)
• Manage team resources through allocation of jobs to ensure efficiency & utilization of team members
• Lead and champion best practices through process improvement, effective leadership, and operational excellence
• Become the subject matter expert and technical expert in resolving issues related to print production
• Work closely with project managers, artworkers, and managers in handling a variety of complex projects
• Be the point of contact for print projects managers
Requirements:
• +5 years of proven work experience in a print production environment
• Proven track record in managing teams, complex projects, and operational movement
• Working knowledge in print technology and terminology
• Innovative thinking; always looking to improve processes
• Excellent prioritization, time management and attention to detail
