Zuora, Inc. seeks Senior Principal UI/UX Designer to:
- Lead UI/UX design across multiple SaaS product lines, including Billing, Payments, and Core Platform, ensuring cohesive and intuitive user experiences across systems.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions aligned with business and technical goals.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing to inform design decisions, optimize workflows, and enhance overall product usability.
- Execute end-to-end creative strategy across multiple Zuora platforms based on customer need, business goals, and technical considerations.
- Influence cross-functional decisions among Product Management, Engineering, and other Zuora stakeholders.
Position requires Bachelor’s degree in Systems or Interactive Design, Design, Art, Animation or closely related field followed by 5 years of post-bachelor’s experience as UI/UX Designer or Product Designer or related position.
Position requires 5 years of experience with each of the following:
- Performing pixel perfect interactive prototyping using Figma.
- Using and contributing to a mature Design System.
- Conducting user research and synthesizing the results into actionable insights.
- Enterprise software design, mobile application design, accessibility, user research, and prototyping.
- UI/UX design specializing in SaaS products and enterprise software with complex user flows, business logic, and large data sets.
- Design personas and processes.
- Collaborating seamlessly across multiple teams (product management, engineering, QA, sales,) and across organizational levels (including C-level).
- Mentoring more junior designers and helping them become proficient designers.
- Leading unique and complex design projects where design system patterns and components do not exist and need to be developed.

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position.
