The Account Experience Solution is responsible for managing and continuously enhancing the product portfolio to support our fast-growing subscription-based business with over $1.5 billion in ARR. We operate mission-critical usage metering systems, provide customers with advanced tools for insights and control over their Dynatrace spend, and develop products to manage the entire subscription lifecycle. We are dedicated to digitally enabling the customer purchase journey, catering to both existing and future digital buyers, and driving Product-Led-Growth initiatives to accelerate the adoption of the Dynatrace Platform.
We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Product Lead to join our Solution leadership team. In this role, you will fully own and continuously develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. If you are a passionate leader with a strong blend of product and strategy experience, looking to make a real impact, and eager to contribute to accelerating our growth through product and business model innovations across the entire customer value chain, this role is for you.
Responsibilities

  • Vision and Strategy: Craft a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Product Roadmap Ownership: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to address customer requirements and the dynamic needs of the business.
  • Domain Expertise: Establish yourself as the domain expert across our entire Solution product portfolio and provide guidance and leadership to product managers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Regularly engage with senior leadership across core areas like Sales, Business Systems, Finance, Marketing, Alliances, Post-Sales, R&D, and external partners to ensure product strategy meets the business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with highly cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful product solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover opportunities and anticipate future trends.
  • Customer Engagement: Present the product at customer briefings and regularly engage in customer interviews to identify recurring pain points and product improvement.
  • Growth: Identify strategic organic and inorganic growth areas and develop product investment proposals.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to drive decisions, communicate impact, and secure buy-in from senior executives.


What will help you succeed

  • 10+ years in product management or equivalent roles within a SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years in a Product Lead role, preferably managing teams of 10 or more product managers.
  • Extensive experience in building and managing subscription products at scale in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in defining and developing product strategies and driving innovation in a fast-growing software company.
  • Experience in identifying and driving Product-Led-Growth initiatives in a B2B setting.
  • Ability to handle complex conversations with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
  • Excellent business acumen and a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Clear sense of ownership and accountability, paired with excellent communication skills and a strong bias for action.
  • Ideally you already have prior experience in the Observability space.

Compensation Data

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 90.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
