In this role, you will:

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for advanced datacenter connectivity and AI infrastructure products from silicon bring-up through production release.
  • Drive end-to-end product engineering execution across wafer sort, package test, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing ramp.
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent NPI programs while mentoring and guiding global product engineering teams.
  • Develop and optimize test methodologies, DFT validation strategies, and characterization plans for complex high-speed mixed-signal devices.
  • Own yield analysis, correlation, and root cause investigations across wafer sort, final test, and system-level validation.
  • Partner closely with design engineering to resolve silicon issues and accelerate product maturity.
  • Lead cross-functional reviews and executive-level program discussions to ensure schedule, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
  • Enable rapid delivery of engineering samples supporting early customer engagement and hyperscaler qualification activities.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to scale manufacturing capacity, improve efficiency, and qualify alternate sources.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test infrastructure, data analytics, automation, and product engineering methodologies.
