Position Description:       

Senior Principal IT Business Systems Analyst for Medtronic, Inc located in Mounds View, MN. Consult with Cardiac Rhythm Management IT business stakeholders to understand and evaluate complex business problems. Utilize Agile project mgmt., document problem statements, workflows, alternative solutions, and recommendations. Coordinate working sessions with cross-functional teams to generate an application ecosystem. Responsible for functional specifications and deployment of new systems using the Mendix continuous integration and continuous deliver (CI/CD) tools. Leverage data reporting tools including Tableau, Weblogic Business Intelligence and Microsoft PowerBI. Leverage Integration Applications including Webmethods and MuleSoft. Utilize Databases including Oracle, AWS Cloud, and Java. Responsible for Customer Relationship Mgmt. tools including: Mendix (Mendix's JavaScript API, Mendix Desktop Modeler & Mendix Studio Pro), Siebel Life Sciences (Siebel eScript, Workflow policies, data validation manager (DVM)), Data mapper tools (XML and XSLT). Leverage in depth domain knowledge of Patient Medical Device Registration business processes. Coordinate Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) activities such as incident, change and problem mgmt., including root cause analysis (collectively “ITSM”) using ServiceNow. Utilize System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Waterfall, Agile, and Azure Devops. Position works hybrid mode and will be onsite in Mounds View, MN – 3 days per week. Basic Qualifications:        

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical field and eight (8) years as an IT Business Systems Analyst or related occupation.  OR Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical field and ten (10) years as an IT Business Systems Analyst or related occupation. Must possess at least eight (8) years’ experience with each of the following: Tableau, Weblogic Business Intelligence, and Microsoft PowerBI; Webmethods and MuleSoft; Databases including Oracle, AWS Cloud, Java, XML, and XSLT; Customer Relationship Mgmt. tools including Mendix's JavaScript API, Mendix Desktop Modeler, and Mendix Studio Pro, Siebel (eScript, Workflow policies, and DVM), and Data mapper tools including XML and XSLT; Mendix CI/CD tools; Patient Medical Device Registration business processes; ITIL activities including ITSM using ServiceNow; SDLC including Waterfall, Agile, and Azure Devops. Position works hybrid mode and will be onsite in Mounds View, MN – 3 days per week. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary:  $156,900 to $199,200 per year

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
