- Lead commercialization of new Ecolab dish machine platforms from development through launch, including design, validation, manufacturing readiness, and field implementation.
- Support the existing dish machine portfolio through product improvements, cost reduction, quality enhancement, obsolescence management, and sustaining engineering.
- Own engineering documentation, product lifecycle management, and change control, including specifications, drawings, bills of material, engineering changes, and release documentation.
- Lead root cause and corrective action efforts to resolve product, manufacturing, and field issues and improve robustness.
- Partner with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, service, and suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and aligned with cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Manage technical work with vendors and suppliers by setting requirements, providing feedback, and ensuring timely execution across development and sustaining programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

- Experience leading mechanical engineering across product development, commercialization, and sustaining engineering, including product lifecycle management, engineering documentation, and change management.
- Experience applying root cause and corrective action methods, working with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability, and effectively managing vendors and suppliers.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
