We are seeking a talented individual to join our AMSI team at Marsh Risk Tech This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect?

• Install, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (on-premises or cloud-based).
• Ensure the high availability, scalability, and reliability of Kubernetes environments.
• Perform upgrades and patch management for Kubernetes and its associated components.
• Manage and troubleshoot deployments using Helm charts, manifests, or other CI/CD tools.
• Monitor and optimize Kubernetes resources, such as pods, nodes, and namespaces.
• Implement and enforce Kubernetes security best practices, including RBAC, network policies, and secrets management.
• Work with the security team to ensure container and cluster compliance with organizational policies.
• Identify and resolve Kubernetes-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers and DevOps teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of Kubernetes configurations and operational processes.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to optimally communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners

What you need to have:

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Minimal 5+ years of working experience with Kubernetes

What makes you stand out?

• Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters using tools such as `kubectl`, Helm, or Kustomize.
• In-depth knowledge of container technologies, including Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes services (EKS, GKE, AKS).
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of centralized logging systems like Fluentd, Logstash, or Loki.
