How you will make an impact:
This is a rare opportunity to join an experienced, cross-functional incubation team within AI&T seeking to identify, de-risk and ultimately solve the biggest challenges in structural heart disease. This team has been given the unique opportunity of starting with a blank canvas on defining what may eventually become the foundation for an entirely new business vertical for the company. With this monumental challenge, each member of this hand-picked team must be engaged and accountable – able to both see the ‘big picture’ and get deep into the details – to generate insights and ultimately drive innovation. Specifically, the most successful candidates will be able to do the following:
Provide technical and business expertise on one initiative or smaller initiatives including research and insights, channel strategy, valuation and business case development.
Provide input leveraging business acumen and technical expertise with project teams to execute small projects, initiatives and/or programs.
Develop and plan small impactful projects and activities based on value proposition, needs driven innovation and feasibility of new products with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables
Identify and evaluate process improvements and/or course correction/alignment opportunities within small projects, initiatives and/or programs
Provide input and execute activities including prioritizing.
Partner with internal technology and business leaders to identify, develop and execute new data opportunities and breakthrough solutions.

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration with 10 years' experience -OR- Master's Degree or equivalent with 8 years' experience -OR- Ph.D. or equivalent with 6 years' experience
Strong entrepreneurial background
Medical device experience from a cardiovascular medical device or diagnostics industry

For California, the base pay range for this position is $145,000 - $205,000 (highly experienced).
