  • Drive iterative product design cycles, including rapid POC development in partnership with engineering teams, to validate and refine PI solutions.
  • Enable scalable and reusable software solutions that support ADI’s hardware platforms and PI strategies.
  • Identify and integrate with simulation tools, SDKs, AI frameworks, and ecosystem partners to position ADI's PI solutions within a broader technology landscape.
  • Demonstrate leadership in PI productization by showcasing practical applications and enabling customers to achieve faster time-to-market for their PI-based strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between research teams (e.g., Lorenz Lab) and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in working with customers to define, design, and productize complex applications, including software, hardware, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong expertise in generalizing and scaling applications into reusable and marketable software products or platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver proof-of-concept solutions and collaborate with engineering teams to bring them to market.
  • In-depth understanding of simulation tools, SDKs, AI frameworks, and their integration into larger hardware/software ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Ability to define and drive the direction of ecosystem development to support ADI's Physical Intelligence strategy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in system design, customer-driven productization, and scaling of AI or DSP-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with ADI hardware platforms, Edge AI solutions, or similar embedded and constrained systems.
  • Technical expertise in physics-based simulation, hardware-aware AI, or similar domains.
