Senior Principal Cybersecurity Architect

What success looks like in this role:

• Plays a key role in the development and design of comprehensive security architectures for networks, systems, applications and cloud environments, considering business requirements, industry standards and best practices.
• Performs a key role in security infrastructure management, designing, implementing and managing infrastructure in critical domains / detection systems.
• Provides cross-functional stakeholders with procedural, process and technical insight and advice.
• Engages with IT, Engineering / Product Development and technical colleagues to conduct risk assessments, identifying and prioritizing cyber risks and helping develop mitigation strategies.
• Serves as the security lead on large-scale platform and component development, engaging with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding, ongoing communication and alignment of outcome expectations.
• Offers security guidance for new business and technical projects to ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
• Contributes to the definition of security policies, standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
• Evaluates new security technologies, tools and products for their suitability in enhancing the organization’s security posture.
• Assists with development of incident response planning, ensuring processes are in place to detect, contain and eradicate breaches and other situations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 12+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
