What you’ll contribute to

An exciting opportunity has become available for a suitable Senior Pricing Specialist, to join the Aftersales division. The Aftersales Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national parts and accessories activities including sales, business development, procurement, supplier management, Dealer support and warehouse operations in order to achieve sales volume, market share, profitability objectives and optimise warehouse operations to global best standards. 

The Senior Pricing Specialist is primarily responsible for the development and execution of parts and accessory pricing proposals for Toyota and Lexus vehicles in order to optimise parts and accessories competitiveness and profitability throughout the product lifecycle in contributing to enhancement of Toyota and Lexus Value Chain. 

This role is based in Altona North and is on a Permanent basis.

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead stakeholder engagement, negotiation and endorsement of pricing proposals for Toyota and Lexus parts and accessories.

• Develop and manage pricing and rebate strategies to optimise competitiveness and profitability across Aftersales.

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to establish pricing policies aligned with Toyota and Lexus value chain growth.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide pricing decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

• Communicate pricing strategies effectively across forums and secure executive-level endorsement on financial impacts

• Oversee pricing systems and team operations, ensuring accurate data for planning, forecasting, and reporting.

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and reporting, with advanced Excel and desirable Power BI capability.

• Solid understanding of the automotive industry and dealership networks.

• Commercially minded with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
