We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Data & AI Manager to join our Pricing team within the Product organization. In this role, you will support the development of scalable, data-driven pricing and monetization solutions by building and applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled models.
You Will
Lead the design and hands-on development of AI-enabled pricing models that drive measurable impact on revenue, retention, and customer acquisition
Build and own pricing simulations and scenario analyses to evaluate trade-offs across growth, margin, and customer value
Analyze customer usage patterns and behavioral data to identify monetization opportunities, segmentation strategies, and pricing risks
Partner with Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business goals and grounded in data-driven insights
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and tools that support reliable and repeatable pricing decisions
Establish and evolve pricing experimentation frameworks to test and validate model-driven recommendations
Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, operational excellence, and continuous learning
You Bring
Experience applying advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or AI/ML techniques to solve business problems, particularly in pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization
Understanding of commercial and SaaS monetization models, including usage-based modeling
Proven ability to build models hands-on and translate outputs into business decisions and measurable impact
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and go-to-market teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
Comfortable learning and applying new technologies, tools, and methodologies
5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through a variety of learning pathways
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or related field or equivalent practical experience
Ideally, You Bring
Experience implementing AI/ML models in production environments to support business decision-making
Proficiency in tools and languages such as Python, SQL, or similar for data analysis and modeling
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) and causal analysis
Experience in B2B SaaS or usage-based commercial environments
Demonstrated success in influencing monetization through data-driven insights
Experience working in a distributed, multicultural environment
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience applying advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or AI/ML techniques to solve business problems
