About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst and help us shape the future of Buy Now, Pay Later. This is a high-impact role based in our San Francisco office, where you'll directly drive the growth of Flex Pay, our innovative BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product. If you're a curious, metrics-driven finance professional with 4+ years of experience and a strong interest in the fintech and BNPL space, this is your chance to make a significant impact at a fast-growing company.

This is a hybrid role in our San Francisco office in a hybrid capacity, specifically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and product planning for our Flex Pay product.
  • Dive into revenue, expense, and operational data to deliver actionable insights that uncover opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
  • Work directly with product, marketing, engineering, and other teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives and product launches.
  • Prepare and present critical financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking, to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects and new business opportunities, creating financial models and processes from scratch.

What We Look For:

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment like fintech, financial services, or a similar field. You have a solid foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Passion and interest in FinTech and the BNPL landscape.
  • Strong SQL skills are a must. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus. Experience with FP&A software like Pigment is preferred.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems. You have a natural curiosity and an eye for detail, and you're not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • You can translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We Offer You:

  • Competitive salary and stock option plan
  • 100% paid coverage of medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive 401(k) and RRSP program
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Paid parental leave
  • Health & wellness initiatives

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $90,000-$110,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
