CloudSEK’s Product Suite:

  • CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
  • A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BeVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
  • CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.

Responsibilities:

1 Competitive Intelligence:

  • Develop and maintain Competitive Battlecards to provide sales teams with up-to-date information on competitors.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to enhance our positioning.

2 RFP Response:

  • Respond to RFPs by crafting comprehensive answers to both functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure accurate and compelling RFP responses.

3 Engineering Collaboration:

  • Provide field inputs to the Engineering team based on customer feedback and industry insights.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand product enhancements and updates.

4 Competitive Value Proposition:

  • Define and communicate the competitive value proposition of CloudSEK products to the sales team and potential clients.

5 Positioning:

  • Contribute to the strategic positioning of CloudSEK solutions in the cybersecurity market.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content for positioning the company effectively.

6 Regulatory Compliance:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand regulatory guidelines (India & Global) and map CloudSEK solutions to ensure compliance.
  • Showcase compliance mapping to potential clients during the sales process.

7 Partner Enablement:

  • Collaborate with partners to enable them with the necessary information and tools for effective selling of CloudSEK solutions.

8 Use Cases:

  • Work closely with the customer success team to create and maintain updated use cases.
  • Ensure that customer use cases align with product capabilities and value propositions.

9 Golden Specifications:

  • Create and maintain updated Golden specifications for CloudSEK products, providing a standardized reference for internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in presales engineering or a similar role within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in India and globally.
