Responsabilidades e Atribuições
- Engajamento com o Cliente e Soluções:
- Abordar proativamente os impactos nos clientes e a fricção operacional.
- Avaliar os requisitos dos clientes, desenvolver soluções e apresentar ofertas atraentes.
- Identificar oportunidades de upsell e expandir o portfólio de produtos/serviços.
- Alinhamento de Produtos e Processos:
- Transmitir as necessidades dos clientes para o Desenvolvimento de Produtos.
- Gerenciar processos internos complexos e solicitações de exceção.
- Conduzir pesquisa de mercado para planejamento estratégico.
Requisitos e Qualificações
- Formação Superior completa
- Experiência comprovada em vendas, pré-vendas ou produto nos setores de câmbio, pagamentos ou serviços financeiros
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal
- Capacidade analítica
- Fluência em inglês (escrita e falada), essencial para comunicação com stakeholders globais
- Capacidade de trabalhar colaborativamente com equipes multidisciplinares, impulsionando entregas estratégicas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, organização e resolução de problemas.
