What We Need
NetBrain is looking for a fluent Japanese-speaking Field Pre-Sales Engineer in the area of Network Management and Automation based remotely in China. This Field Pre-Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise to a key channel partner in the APJ region. Enterprise networking experience is of paramount importance in this search!
What You'll Do
- Provide technical sales expertise, oversight and support for the enablement of channel partners in Japan, including support for the various stages of the sales process or execution of NetBrain services.
- Support channel partners' service and customer success efforts in Japan by providing best practices, use cases, and technical support.
- Partner with channel leadership and Account Executives to create and refine strategies to support channel partners and their sales opportunities, with a focus on technical enablement and platform support.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the channel community in Japan, including the development of and participation in enablement workshops, conferences and partner events.
- Provide guidance to various internal teams on potential automation solutions and services, as well as network technologies and deployments.
- Recommend potential product improvements to the product development team based on customer feedback.
- Train channel partner engineers to describe, demonstrate and use features of NetBrain's product during the sales process and in ongoing support for their customers.
- Act as the technical point of contact to channel partners via online meetings, phone calls and/or emails.
Who You Are
- 8+ years’ experience in networking, preferably in a pre-sales role.
- CCNP or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience working with channel partners in pre-sales, consulting, or delivery.
- Working knowledge of major vendors’ networking products configurations, operations, and deployments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong technical presentation skills.
- Experience with managing key stakeholders in large enterprise organizations.
- Passion for network automation, learning new technologies and enabling others.
- Written and spoken fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Written and spoken fluency in Japanese is required.
