What you'll do:
- Contribute to White Papers, Request For Information Responses, Contract review, and Proposals.
- Generate and deliver technical briefings tailored to customer needs.
- Become a user of the Hivemind enterprise software stack.
- Support the development and execution of demos.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with SDK demos.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer feedback and improve products.
- Visit customers on site globally to support presales activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- 3+ years of experience of industry experience
- Technical background in software engineering.
- Intermediate proficiency in writing modern C++ code.
- Intermediate proficiency in writing Python code.
- Intermediate proficiency with Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an presales/solutions engineering role
- 3+ years of experience working in a startup environment.
- Experience in the defense aviation, autonomy, or robotics industry.
- USG Security Clearance (not required, but please advertise)
