ResponsibilitiesWorking on the Department of War critical technology areas offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment at the forefront of advancing national defense capabilities in areas such as Quantum and Battlefield Information Dominance, Applied AI, Biomanufacturing, and more. As a Senior PPBE Analyst supporting the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies, you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Advise on issues related to the Defense budget for Critical Technology Portfolios. Conduct research and analysis on PPBE and budget topics as needed.
- Work with Government leads to review and track program plans. Work with finance personnel to track execution.
- Support outreach by coordinating and engaging with key partners in the RDT&E community including government laboratories, industry, academia, FFRDCs, UARCs, and international partners.
- Prepare and edit briefings, reports, white papers, and other business and technical products in support of senior leadership decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field
- 10 years of relevant work experience and demonstrated knowledge of the Defense PPBE process is required. Experience with Defense project management or project management support as a contractor is highly desired
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, advanced experience with Teams and SharePoint is preferred
- Current DoD Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.

- U.S. citizenship required to obtain or hold a security clearance
